Training

SilkRoad technical staff are provided with a three-month induction programme that includes business and technical training. All staff participate in a continuous training programme provided by both in-house and external resources.

  1. Sales Manager

    Job description:
    • Over 10 years experience in sales especially in software or services sales
    • University Degree is required; an additional qualification in Marketing is a plus
    • MBA qualification is a plus
    • Excellent English skill; presentation and negotiation skill
    • Oversea working or business development experience is a plus
    • Existing business contacts in MNCs in VietNam and the APAC region is a plus
    • Proven track record in developing business in Viet Nam and APAC is required.
  2. Sales Executive

    Job description:
    • Over 3 years experience in sales especially in software or services sales
    • University Degree required; an additional qualification in Sales/ Marketing is a plus
    • Excellent English skills; presentation and negotiation skills
    • Excellent communication and account management skills
    • Existing business contacts in MNCs in Viet Nam are required
    • Proven track record in developing business in Viet Nam is required
  3. General Accountant

    Job description:
    • Input data into accounting system
    • Control expense
    • Managing debt payment from client
    • Provide monthly financial reports under VAS and IAS
    • Prepare salaries & wagess, SI, HI
    • Prepare tax report monthly (VAT, PIT, CIT)
    • Assist the Chief Accountant to manage the audit - Other related duties are assigned by Finance Director
    Requirements:
    • BA in Finance and Accounting
    • At least 3 years experience in similar position
    • Good command of English and computer skill
    • Familiar with Accounting Software
    • Knowledge of IAS, Vietnamese Law and Regulations
  4. HR Manager

    Job description:
    • Develop and implement company-wide strategies for recruitment, training, incentive and motivation
    • Provide timely and professional advice to the management in all aspects of HR management
    • Responsible for staff’s compensation & benefit, rewards, disciplinary actions, etc
    • Oversee compliance with the labor laws and coordinate with relevant authorities
    • Develop and update company regulations in accordance with business requirements and Labor Codes
    • Ensure staff’s compliance to company regulations
    • Develop, communicate and apply HR policies, procedures and templates
    • Prepare job descriptions and get acknowledgement from all positions
    • Prepare HR monthly report
    • Development and implement HR forecast & recruitment plan
    • Conduct induction training to new staff
    • Conduct yearly training needs analysis to make appropriate Training Plan in compliant with business requirements and given budget
    • Organize staff’s yearly event: traveling, meeting, party…
    • Ensure staff satisfaction on company policies & working environment
    • Address day to day staff related issues
    • Maintain and update RIM People Personnel & RIM Payroll software, Staff Database, Leave Management Database as well as Course Database
    • Conduct year-end performance evaluation
    Requirements:
    • University Degree
    • 3 years experience in the the role of Human Resource Manager in foreign invested firms
    • Exellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong management & leadership skills
    • Problem solving skill
    • Computer literacy
    • Fluent in English, both oral & written
    • Good knowledge in VN Labour Code
    • Dynamic, pro-active, self-confident
  5. Call Center Supervisor/ Manager

    Requirements:
    • University Degree
    • At least 1 year experience in same position
    • Telephone communication skill
    • Good communication both Vietnamese and English (at least C level)
    • Computer literacy at least Word, Excel& PowerPoint applications
    • Proven leadership skill
    • Master knowledge and skills of the call center operations
    • Reporting and presentation skill
    • Team work, active & strong personality
    • Good knowledge of marketing and customer service activities
  6. 50 Telemarketer

    Requirements:
    • Secondary vocational school graduation or intermediate level (especially in Economic, Marketing major)
    • Standard & persuade voice
    • English skill (level A)
    • Good typing skill; good communication skill
    • Love telemarketing work; active and enthusiastically at working
    • Experience in telemarketing & customer service is the priority
    • Basic salary: 1.500.000 VND/month + attractive bonus
