FIRM is the world's leading provider of survey & reporting software for Market Research and Enterprise Insight Management (EIM). FIRM is a fast growing global software company based in Oslo, Norway. In early 2005, to meet the increasing demand to add new features and modules to their flagship product Confirmit, FIRM established an Offshore Software Development team at SilkRoad. The team is led by a senior developer from FIRM who works at the SilkRoad office. After successful completion of the initial three months pilot period, FIRM extended the program.

Technologies used

The Confirmit survey software technology has been evaluated, proven and endorsed by industry specialists and IT departments in Market Research agencies and global corporations. Built on Microsoft .NET platform, Confirmit represents an open, scaleable, and secure technology. SilkRoad’s work for FIRM includes development, quality assurance & testing services using .NET Framework & related tools & technologies. From beginning of 2006 the whole application has been migrated to the new .NET 2.0 technologies

Result
