Application Description
Cantor Fitzgerald International, the Inter Dealer Broker, provides settlement and clearing services to its clients in Fixed Income and Equities. However, this process is volume sensitive and unable to present transaction and positions information back to its clients digitally that it currently presents in a largely un-automated fashion. In order to develop it’s presence and position in the market, Cantor require a Web Client Interface developed to present transactions and positions data (both live and historic) and additionally facilitate transaction capture. ClearSpeed web site therefore seeks to automate this process and to provide timely digital data to clients, using a rich website experience to develop brand awareness.
The Cantor Group is keen to leverage off it’s very efficient settlements and clearance operation by offering the additional service to clients to increase fee revenue in this area. Transactions may be traded through and for settlement via any Cantor Group Company using eSpeed or alternatively may be “traded away” so that only the clearance take place at the Cantor Group Company on behalf of the client. Clients and prospects require that the information relating to their settlement and clearing is available to them via a web interface.
