Content Management System (CMS) and NOIP Website
Application Description
The project is sponsored by APEC (Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation) and under supervision of IP Australia.
The project is to develop a CMS, a Web application, which allows NOIP officers to manage contents of their bilingual Website (Vietnamese and English). The CMS provides easy-to-use features for non-IT people, so that they can quickly create/modify HTML contents, translate them and finally publish the contents to the bilingual NOIP Website.
The CMS also provides an add-on component, which transfers Intellectual Property Rights details from internal NOIP databases to the CMS, then provides a search engine for IP Rights on the NOIP Website.

Result
Client is happy with the deliverables from SilkRoad, including the CMS specification and implementation, UI of the Website. Client signed 1-year maintenance for the project.
