Silk People Suite™: Human Resources Management Software:
We have developed this suite of applications in-house, to meet the requirements of the Human Resources Department of the organisations operating in Vietnam . The software has user interface in both Vietnamese and English. The suite addresses the entire activities of Human Resources Management department such as Recruitment, Employee Database Management, Training, Time Management, Compensation and Payroll. The applications of this suite are integrated and very flexible, in terms of defining company specific allowances and deductions and are in accordance with the regulations of the government for Social Insurance, Union Fees, etc… The system can be implemented in a single user or multi user in LAN/WAN environments. Being in-house developed softwares, they allow us to customise them to great extent to suit the organisations individual requirements.
