Ability to interface with the locally available industry standard Time Attendance Machines (TAM) is one of the key requirements of a Payroll system as it can reduce the manual entry of data and the human errors associated with it. Recognizing this need, SilkRoad develops interface to Client’s existing or proposed TAM’s to cater to the specific needs of the Client.
The Clients are free to choose the TAM that suits them most and SilkRoad in coordination with the TAM Supplier develops the interface to import the Time-in and Time-out data to accurately calculate the monthly salary based on the number of days worked , number of different types of leave days, over time hours and public holidys.
SilkRoad can work with the suppliers of TAMs in Vietnam and thus offers complete Human Resources, Payroll and Attendance management Solution.
