Tam is a graduate of Business Administration and Foreign Language University. She joined SilkRoad in 2000 as an HR & Quality Manager. In Jan 2004, Tam set up the Abstraction Team of SilkPro, which consists of 30 university graduates who are fluent in English and have strong analytical skills. In April 2004, Tam also set up our Call Centers in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City with a total staff of 40 operators. Tam is an example of a new generation of very intelligent and skilled female Vietnamese directors.
